Delivering rock solid dependability

We aim to make the delivery process from our studio to your home as seamless as possible. We are so proud of what we create at Handmade Studio, that's why each item is packaged with care to minimise any risk of items being damaged during shipping.

Alternatively, our showroom and offices are located at 14B Leslie Hills Drive, Riccarton, Christchurch. So if you're in the area you can pick your items up from the store, or if you want to see what we've got on offer.

Shipping

We typically ship within 24 hours of placing your order; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

All orders will arrive within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. All orders are tracked and shipped via New Zealand Couriers. For International orders, we ship via New Zealand Post (Depending on price & availability, this will be confirmed on shipping)

As a result of courier delays due COVID-19, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the provided timeframe. Handmade Studio is not responsible for any delay in shipping once the item has left our studio.

Handmade Studio is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process, or taxation in overseas countries.
Handmade Studio is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address supplied by the sender.

Returns

Change of heart? No problem, we accept exchange or refunds within 30 days after delivery.

Your purchase should be returned in saleable condition with labels attached. Ensure that the item is safely wrapped in its original packaging (or something else appropriate) to avoid any damage to the item. Any damage caused by negligence in the return process will be the customer’s responsibility.

Goods will be refunded upon inspection on arrival (excluding the original delivery charge). Please note that resized items, customized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a traceable delivery service.
